Here's the deal. Shampooing varies from person to person.
I take into consideration each guest's...-Home Life: -What's their day to day life look like? - What does a typical week look like? -What is their usual hair routine?-Hair Texture, condition, etc: - Fine, medium, coarse hair? -Dry, damaged? -Thin or thick?-Scalp Condition: -Dry scalp or oily scalp? -Itchy scalp? -Sensitive scalp?
-Thinning hair?
-Desires: -What is their desired result? Volume? -What is their desired hair care routine?
I gather all this information together & come up with a custom hair care routine. There isn't a "one size fits all" routine. It is absolutely okay to shampoo every day. I do suggest using a gentle shampoo that keeps your scalp balanced. It is absolutely okay to shampoo every other day.It is absolutely okay to shampoo 1-2x a week. It really comes down to the above information & your personal preference. Some people wash every morning & night. If that is your preference, do it. Let's take a look at your scalp & discuss the best products to keep your scalp & hair healthy. You may also shampoo more in the summer due to summer fun. That is absolutely fine too.
